After many years of good service, we just found out that they sold our route to another company that we do not want. We found this out after leaving our trash out for 2 days and it not being picked up and called them.
We paid for a year in advance for yard waste service and asked for a refund and now the owner told me no and that we have to take it up with the other company.
Connie the office gal is great to talk to all ways helpful. The guy that pick up my trash are great as well. great service great price.Been with Briggs for 7 years.
I just have to say - what a sweet lady that answered the phone and understood all of my questions and concerns - willing to help in any way and so good at picking up my trash. The boys that work that route are so very professional and very kind. I have never had an issue and am glad that I have them as my service.
Owner said it is just business to them and any company can do that. I told them that we did business with them because they were a small town and small family business and that we like them. Also that I would never do that to my customers. Shook his hand and told him good luck.
Sold my route to a horrible company, AAA. Nothing but problems since then. I wish Briggs would come back.
